Objetivo:

Caracterizar populações por sua frequência de genes, envolvendo o estudo da segregação genética e combinações de pares de gametas em uma comunidade através de probabilidades e análise do comportamento das espécies, tais como: seleção, migração, acasalamento preferencial e isolamento geográfico. O conceito estatístico vinculado à simulação computacional terá um enfoque especial no estudo do comportamento.
 

Ementa:

1. Equilíbrio de Castle-Hardy- Weinberg e aplicações;
2. Desvios da pan-mixia;
3. Efeitos das mutações e seleção natural;
4. Sistemas de endocruzamentos;
5. Cruzamentos preferenciais;
6. Teoria de isolados, princípio de Warlund;
7. Subdivisão e migração;
8. Populações pequenas e tamanho efetivo;
9. Grau de mistura racial;
10. Exclusão de parentesco biológico;
11. Dsitribuições estacionárias de frequências gênicas.
